All prices are only confirmed upon sales Order issued. Please specify requirements on the version of the goods, otherwise goods are ship on randomly basis.

Shipping Policy / Insurance / Import Duty

Our liability ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. This simply means our liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier service/air forwarder. If the item is lost from this point afterwards, we will not take any responsibility unless shipping insurance was purchased.

Shipment does not come with any standard insurance. Shipping insurance option is available for buyers; please contact us regarding shipping insurance quotation for your goods.

All customers will be responsible for any import duties, tax/VAT and equivalent arises for the sales transaction.

Product Compatibility/Specification/Color Choices

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility (network dependent features and firmware related issue) with their network operator / service provider.
ie. MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Data Transfer.

Basically as long as the frequencies match between the SIM card and the phone, and the phone is unlocked you will have no issue in terms of voice and text compatibility. If you wish to use your phone for Data service or MMS you need to contact your service provider's customer technical support line to get the updated setting associated with their service.

Customer should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered .

Customer should also be aware that the item you are purchasing on might not be manufacture intended for your country or region. Therefore, the language specification on the device and user guide might or might not fully support the language of your desire.

Language version, firmware version and color are shipped at a random basis unless prior arrangement is made by customer. For mobile phone purchases, the keypad will support both alphabetic and numeric character. However, some versions or models possess additional language characters. Customer should put down all their requests on their Purchase Order (P.O.). Once goods are shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and color choices.

We do not guarantee your requested language version, firmware version and color must be available with the same price. However, we do have an obligation to notice you that the availability and prices of your requested version or color before shipment delivered.
